Now in its ninth edition, the Transform Awards MEA continued to celebrate the transformative power of branding and rebranding in the Middle East and Africa. The best in rebranding and brand development for businesses and consumers in the region were evaluated by our esteemed judges before being rewarded for their flair and creativity.
In an awards show that demonstrated superb quality across the board, there was always a clear winner on the night. Saffron Brand Consultants’ project with AD Ports Group went wild throughout the evening, winning five sensational gold awards, including ‘Best Use of a Visual Property’ and ‘Best Use of Typography’ ‘, before winning the coveted ‘Grand Prize’ to cap off a fruitful night.
With the aspiration of becoming a quality business partner, AD Ports had its brand reviewed by Saffron Brand Consultants. After discussing the creative strategy and brand architecture, the judges found no fault with the work. Summing up how well-deserved the success of the project was, a judge described the project as “extremely well done in a difficult category”.
Meanwhile, Solitaire and Balcony8 were another big winner of the night, taking home “Best Overall Visual Identity”. The agency’s work on lifestyle development included direction, physical branding, and the visual identity itself. Described as a “clear, beautiful and functional” project by a judge, it won two gold awards in the categories “Best Wayfinding or Signage” and “Best Visual Identity in the Retail Industry”, along with two more silver award and a bronze award. .
