Democrat vs. Republican – What’s The Difference?
People are always asking me what the difference between a democrat or a republican. Here are some facts.
Both parties believe there should be tax cuts, but Democrats think middle class and lower class families should get taxed less than corporations. Republicans think there should be tax cuts for everyone.
For social issues, Republicans are more conservative view. They generally oppose gay marriage and abortions, and promote gun ownership. Democrats are the opposite, they want stricter gun control laws and promote gay marriage and abortions.
In terms of Health Care, Republicans tend to oppose government regulation and prefer a privatized health care system. Democrats want more government control so it can be accessible to everyone.
